This section contains a guide to the service out of jurisdiction of judicial and extrajudicial papers concerning civil and commercial matters. It also contains comprehensive information on the problem of child custody disputes, including detailed information on the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Italy’s embassies and consulates in this area and on how to prevent children from being abducted and what to do if abduction does take place. The section also provides information on foreign legal systems and the main legislative instruments currently in force.

It also provides information on Italy’s commitment to promoting the rights of children, adolescents and young people and our country’s work in humanitarian missions.

The other two sections focus on the world of Islam and Italy’s participation in the sectors of peace, security and the protection of human rights in Latin America.
