This section contains useful information on the services the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides for citizens both in Italy and abroad.
The first “chapter” is devoted to the Office for Relations with the Public (URP), which is responsible for communication with citizens. This is followed by a section illustrating the services offered by the Italian consular network and those provided by the Crisis Unit for those citizens finding themselves in difficult situations abroad.
The other sections provide information for businesses, including economic and financial information, and for foreign citizens in Italy.
Finally, there is a section for young people, with all the information they need on study, employment and work experience opportunities provided by the MFA, the EU and other international organisations.
