The Press Room has four sections:
“Journalists’ Area” for all media personnel, containing notes on events sponsored by the foreign ministry and the Head of the Press Service’s calendar of weekly meetings with the press; Italian and foreign members of the press can also access an accreditation form to participate in national and international ministry events, and the foreign press can apply for permanent accreditation with the ministry.
“News Archives” is an archives of press releases issued by the foreign ministry and news on the activities of the minister, deputy ministers and secretaries of state along with speeches they have given at conferences, workshops and other major events, and news of general interest, as well as articles and interviews from the national and international press.
“Multimedia Archives” is an archives of all images related to the minister’s activities and those of the various ministry directorates, an “Esteri News” page; the Italian Diplomatic News is the fruit of a communications project carried out with the collaboration of the CLASS/CNBC television network and youtube/foreign ministry, and is available in Italian only
“Publications” contains the principal publications sponsored or financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
