Minister Franco Frattin had a bilateral meeting in Marrakesh with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the margins of the “Forum for the Future”, participants in which included the G8 foreign ministers and representatives of what is known as the Greater Middle East.The main topics on the meeting’s agenda were Iranian nuclear negotiations, the situation in the Middle East and Afghanistan. Another two bilateral meetings are planned in Marrakesh between Minister Frattini and Riad al-Malki and Salloukh, Foreign Ministers respectively of the Palestinian National Authority and of Lebanon.
