The 31st issue of the Italian Cooperation Newsletter is a special on healthcare cooperation.
The Italian Cooperation is committed to reducing infant and maternal mortality and to fighting the spread of AIDS, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases, and supports developing countries in the organisation of basic healthcare services, environmental sanitation, the control of chronic and degenerative diseases and promotion of the rights of the disabled. The special issue covers all the Italian Development Cooperation’s healthcare projects.
The Vodafone Italia Foundation, with the support and collaboration of the Cooperation, launched the 5th edition of “World of Difference”, a programme that places the passion, professional skill and energy of the Vodafone world at the service of the tertiary sector, promoting the direct involvement of clients and company employees, who will have the chance to work a 3-month paid stint at a non-profit organisation sustained by the Foundation.
