On Tuesday 16 June at 15.00 Minister for Foreign Affairs Franco Frattini is to hold a press conference at the Foreign Press Association (Via dell'Umiltà 83/c) during which he will present the book by Assistant Editor-in-Chief of Panorama magazine Pino Buongiorno entitled “The World to Come – Post-G8 Ideas and Proposals” (Bocconi University Press, 2009).,
In addition to Minister Frattini and the book’s author, participating as moderator of the press conference will be Bruno Vespa. Enriched by a preface by President Berlusconi and a postface by Minister Frattini, Buongiorno’s book gathers the testimonials and contributions of the main players on the world stage. Its 10 chapters offer readers a look into the main challenges of the contemporary era, outlining the tasks and responsibilities of global actors, resulting in a general picture of the state of the world.
