Minister Di Maio at the event “Seasonal work: dignity and legality”

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, today took part in the event “Seasonal work: dignity and legality” dedicated to the presentation of a project aimed at addressing the vulnerable conditions of a segment of workers in agricultural sector at risk of exploitation (known as “caporalato”, illegal recruitment), promoted by the Observatory Foundation on crime in farming and the agri-food system in collaboration with Coldiretti (National Confederation of Farmers) and ANCI (National Association of Italian Municipalities).
