The Italian Cultural Institute of Córdoba, in collaboration with the Letizia Battaglia Archives and the Palacio Dionisi Provincial Museum of Photography, provides the opportunity to learn about the work of the great Italian photographer Letizia Battaglia.
“Letizia Battaglia. Cronaca, vita, amore” is the title of the exhibition that retraces the photographer’s life. The exhibition is curated by Marco Meneguzzo, in collaboration with the Letizia Battaglia Archives, and consists of 89 black and white photographs.
An exciting journey through some of the most important works of the great Italian photojournalist, who shows us – from an intimate and sensitive perspective – her city, Palermo, in all its beauty and contradictions: from the fight against the Mafia to the charm of an eternal city, between history and ordinary lives.
