The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), in collaboration with Confindustria, are organising the “Italy – Morocco Business Forum: a partnership in the name of innovation”.
The event will be held in Rabat on 5 December and will include a plenary session, with speeches by representatives of the countries’ governments and the bodies and institutions supporting the internationalisation of the respective economic systems. Next, three round tables will be devoted to the following sectors: 1) Agri-tech (technologies for the agro-industry, including water management and food packaging); 2) Infrastructure (including tourism, the railway and automotive sectors, and logistics); 3) Renewable energy and networks.
The event will be conducted in Italian, French and English and an interpretation service will be provided.
The initiative will give new impetus to an already dynamic bilateral partnership. The Italian participants will be able to dialogue with the Moroccan business community, also through free meetings in B2B and possibly B2G format, and discover the growing business opportunities in Morocco as well as the opportunities for collaboration also in the framework of the Mattei Plan.
