{"id":164063,"date":"2025-12-11T11:48:19","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T10:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/eventi\/confamb2025\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T12:09:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T11:09:43","slug":"confamb2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/eventi\/confamb2025\/","title":{"rendered":"18th Conference of Italian Ambassadors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On Monday 15<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Tuesday 16 December 2025<\/strong>, the Farnesina will host the\u00a0<strong>18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0edition of the Conference of Italian Ambassadors in the World<\/strong>, a platform for strategic reflection on Italy\u2019s international priorities.\u00a0<strong>Over 150 heads of Italian diplomatic missions<\/strong>\u00a0abroad are expected to attend.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong>\u00a0inaugural session on Monday 15 December at 10:30 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0will feature addresses by the President of the Republic,\u00a0<strong>Sergio Mattarella<\/strong>, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0<strong>Antonio Tajani<\/strong>. As in previous editions, various Government Ministers and foreign guests will also participate in the working sessions, including the German Foreign Minister,\u00a0<strong>Johann Wadephul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Conference, organised with\u00a0<strong>media partnership from ANSA and RaiNews<\/strong>, will have a distinctly operational focus this year, addressing\u00a0<strong>key topics on the international agenda<\/strong>: maintaining peace and security in crisis areas, growth and internationalisation of Italian businesses, the promotion of culture and sport in support of competitiveness, technological innovation, regulatory simplification, and European affairs.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday,\u00a0<strong>17 December 2025<\/strong>, as part of the\u00a0<strong>18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Conference of Italian Ambassadors<\/strong>\u00a0in the World, the third edition of the\u00a0<strong>National Export Conference<\/strong>\u00a0will take place in\u00a0<strong>Milan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This will be followed on Thursday, 18 December by the\u00a0<strong>Conference \u201cItalian Universities Abroad\u201d, dedicated to the internationalisation of the Italian University System<\/strong>, and a\u00a0<strong>working session on \u201cFinance and Diplomacy for Growth\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the programme, numerous distinguished representatives from business and trade associations will participate.<br \/>\nAll events will be\u00a0<strong>open to the press.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On Monday 15\u00a0and\u00a0Tuesday 16 December 2025, the Farnesina will host the\u00a018th\u00a0edition of the Conference of Italian Ambassadors in the World, a platform for strategic reflection on Italy\u2019s international priorities.\u00a0Over 150 heads of Italian diplomatic missions\u00a0abroad are expected to attend.
