Competence and Tasks<\/td>\nThe Inspector General\u2019s Office of the Ministry and its offices abroad performs inspection and supervision tasks over the proper functioning and management of the Administration’s central offices and offices abroad; it promotes a culture of legality.
\nIt coordinates the activities of the Administration’s offices in Italy and abroad regarding transparency of administrative activity and public relations.
\nIn coordination with the competent administrations and other Directorates-General, it defines measures regarding the safety of personnel and security of central and foreign offices, implementing them for those areas not falling within the purview of other offices or structures.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
