In recent years, a number of significant business success stories have emerged, combining advanced technological expertise, entrepreneurial creativity and a deep understanding of financial markets. It is no coincidence that some startups in the fintech sector have gone on to become unicorns.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong> plays a key role in supporting the <strong>internationalisation of Italian fintech startups<\/strong> and in strengthening Italy\u2019s attractiveness as a hub for innovative investment.<\/p>\n<p>Through its diplomatic network, its offices abroad and coordination with the Country System, MAECI and Office IV of the DGCE support fintech companies through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>international promotion initiatives and participation in leading global sector events;<\/li>\n<li>facilitation of contacts with foreign investors, venture capital funds and international corporations;<\/li>\n<li>support in entering new markets;<\/li>\n<li>promotion of Italy\u2019s innovation ecosystem among foreign institutional and financial stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Ministry is also committed to <strong>attracting foreign investment<\/strong> to Italy\u2019s fintech ecosystem by promoting the country as a competitive, well-regulated environment offering significant opportunities.
