By virtue of its strong external presence and constant interaction with a wide range of public and private organisations in Italy and abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation aims to increasingly distinguish itself as an Administration open to change and innovation.<\/p>\n

All staff are committed to this vision: this is evidenced by the many awards received at the Forum PA and other similar events.<\/p>\n

This page serves as a showcase for the best practices that have emerged from pilot schemes launched by Embassies, Consulates and Ministerial offices, as described by the proposing Offices themselves.<\/p>\n

It has the dual aim of promoting and encouraging the gradual dissemination of \u201cbest practices\u201d, in line with the vision of a Public Administration that seeks to be constantly at the service of citizens and companies.<\/p>\n
