This initiative is realized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA-ICE), the Italian National Innovation Fund (FNI-CDP Venture Capital) and SIMEST, in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transition.<\/p>\n<p>Innovative startups from more than 20 Countries will gather in Sorrento for the\u00a0<strong>G20 Innovation League<\/strong>\u00a0to showcase to international investors and firms their cutting edge solutions to five of the world\u2019s most pressing challenges (opportunities of\u00a0<strong>Cleantech<\/strong>; How to maximize the potential of\u00a0<strong>AI<\/strong>\u00a0while managing its risks; Augmenting humans through technology with\u00a0<strong>IoT and wearables<\/strong>; Building\u00a0<strong>smart cities<\/strong>\u00a0and the future of mobility with a specific focus on\u00a0green and\u00a0<strong>smart mobility<\/strong>; Reinventing the future of\u00a0<strong>Healthcare).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within the three pillars of action of the G20Italian Presidency<strong>\u00a0(People, Planet, Prosperity),<\/strong>\u00a0G20 Innovation League aims to\u00a0<strong>leverage international investment<\/strong>\u00a0in innovation and technology and to foster<strong>\u00a0cooperation between public and private players to tackle global challenges.\u00a0<\/strong>At the end of the event,\u00a0<strong>top 10 startups will be awarded<\/strong>\u00a0and selected as examples of global innovators.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.g20.org\/italian-g20-presidency\/g20-innovation-league.html\">For more information &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The G20 Innovation League will take place in\u00a0Sorrento\u00a0from\u00a09th\u00a0to 10th\u00a0October 2021,\u00a0before the Trade ministerial meeting.
