Antonio Tajani, is in Luxembourg to attend the Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Council, chaired by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, will hold an exchange of views on the Russian aggression against Ukraine, following a brief speech by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba via videoconference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Council will then discuss the EU Action Plan on the geopolitical consequences of Russia\u2019s war of aggression and will hold a debate on the main topical issues, focusing in particular on Sudan, Tunisia, Moldova and China.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The works of the Council will be preceded by an informal lunch attended by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pej\u010dinovi\u0107 Buri\u0107, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iceland, \u00de\u00f3rd\u00eds Kolbr\u00fan Reykfj\u00f6r\u00f0 Gylfad\u00f3ttir, while a working lunch with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Ilia Darchiashvili, is planned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In the margins of the Council, Hon.
