It emerged from the meeting that 4.7 billion euro had been earmarked for the next seven years for transport infrastructure projects. These include: the construction of 1,000 km of roadway, expansion of 9,600 railway tracts within 2020 with the introduction of some high-speed tracts, the development of 315 km of waterways, the refurbishment of several of Prague\u2019s plazas and the building of a new \u201cD\u201d metro-line for that city. As regards construction, new calls for tender for a value of 850 million euros are foreseen.
