The programme aimed at enhancing the contributions to that Balkan country from 1925 to 1943 by Italian architects such as Armando Brasini, Florestano Di Fausto, Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo and Gherardo Bosio. The initiative was extended to include contemporary architecture and offered an opportunity to present a series of projects in a variety of Albanian cities.
