The opening night was attended by the Minister for Traditional and Religious Affairs, <strong>Hon. Stephen Asamoah Boateng<\/strong>, and the Mayor of Accra, <strong>Hon. Elizabeth Sackey<\/strong>, and numerous guests.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>tasting of some of the most renowned Italian wines<\/strong> took place, in collaboration with the <strong>main importers of Italian wine in Ghana<\/strong> and representative wineries from different of our regions: from <strong>Brunello di Montalcino<\/strong> to <strong>Amarone della Valpolicella<\/strong>, from <strong>Dogal grande cuv\u00e9e millesimato<\/strong> to <strong>Barbaresco<\/strong>, from <strong>Nebbiolo<\/strong> to <strong>Nero d&#8217;Avola<\/strong>. Chef <strong>Carmelo Maurizio Sapone<\/strong> together with some local chefs also delighted the palate of diners with traditional Italian dishes.
