NOVA is the network of Italian students taking, or who have taken, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) courses in foreign universities. The evening was dedicated to this \u201cbrain drain\u201d of talented young Italians, many of whom would like to return to Italy. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>This was the first time the NOVA conference \u2013 organised this year by the London Business School and hosted by the Royal Institute of British Architects \u2013 has been held in Europe. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>As the organisers explained, NOVA\u2019s goal is to stimulate funding for growth, innovation and start-ups.
