The event &#8211; opened by Ambassador <strong>Luca Franchetti Pardo<\/strong> &#8211; saw the participation of seven female \u201cleaders\u201d from different working environments, who talked about their respective experiences.<\/p>\n<p>The closed-door discussion focused &#8211; in particular &#8211; on the <strong>current trends and opportunities in Poland for Italian women in entrepreneurship<\/strong>; the main challenges and obstacles faced by a woman entrepreneur\/manager; the specific skills required by the Polish labour market, compared to those normally needed in Italy; and the possible availability of resources and incentives to support women in their career paths. The differences in the way of reconciling work-life responsibilities in Poland, compared to Italy, were also examined.<\/p>\n<p>The outcomes of the Round Table Discussion will be summarised in a document that will be presented to a wider audience on a public occasion, scheduled for late next spring, also in view of women&#8217;s networking &#8211; a need strongly emphasised at today&#8217;s event that enabled several participants to meet for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>The Round Table Discussion was organised by the Italian Embassy in Warsaw, jointly with <strong>Com.It.Es.
