McCain<\/strong>\u00a0and the Deputy Secretary General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)\u00a0<strong>Xavier Castellanos<\/strong> to launch\u00a0<strong>the \u201cFood for Gaza\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0initiative.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will be followed by a\u00a0<strong>press point<\/strong>\u00a0held in the\u00a0<em>Sala Mosaici<\/em>\u00a0at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Since the beginning of the conflict, Italy has been at the forefront in providing humanitarian assistance to the population of Gaza, delivering relief goods and giving assistance to people in need of medical assistance, including minors and their families.
