The Summit is aimed at presenting proposals for a prosperous, stable and inclusive future to the Heads of State and government.<\/p>\n<p>The four subject areas covered by the Y7 Italy 2024 working group are:<\/p>\n<p>1) Environmental sustainability and climate change<\/p>\n<p>2) Innovation and digital transformation<\/p>\n<p>3) New skills, entrepreneurship and the future of work<\/p>\n<p>4) Inclusion and equal opportunities<\/p>\n<p>The Summit\u00a0<strong>opening ceremony<\/strong>, to be held on\u00a0<strong><u>Monday 20 May<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0in the International Conference Room\u00a0<strong>at the Farnesina<\/strong>\u00a0from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., will be opened by the Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0<strong>Antonio Tajani<\/strong>. The Italian Minister for Sport and Youth,\u00a0<strong>Andrea Abodi<\/strong>, the Director-General of FAO,\u00a0<strong>Qu Dongyu<\/strong>, the CEO of EY Italy,\u00a0<strong>Massimo Antonelli<\/strong>, and the President and Founder of Yas (Young Ambassadors Society) and Y7 Chair,\u00a0<strong>Alberta Pelino<\/strong>, will be present.<\/p>\n<p>During the opening ceremony, a representative from each of the G7 Youth Delegations will present their country\u2019s priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Journalists, photographers and cameramen interested in\u00a0<strong>attending<\/strong>\u00a0the event may apply for accreditation by sending a request\u00a0<strong><u>by Friday 17 May at 6:00 p.m.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.it\">accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0(tel. 06 3691 3432 \u2013 8573 \u2013 3078 or 8210), attaching the following:<\/p>\n<p>For representatives of Italian press organisations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>copy of an identity document;<\/li>\n<li>letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation or \u2013 in the absence of the latter \u2013 copy of professional identity card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For representatives of foreign press organisations, not accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>copy of an identity document;<\/li>\n<li>letter from the newspaper of affiliation;<\/li>\n<li>Verbal note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the press organisation represented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request must be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.<\/p>\n<p>Accredited journalists, photographers and cameramen may enter the Farnesina from the main entrance, left side,<strong>\u00a0from 09:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0on 20 May 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Submitting the above-mentioned personal data means authorising the use thereof in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016\/679) by the\u00a0<strong>Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong>, the data controller, for strictly professional purposes and\/or purposes related to the performance of the event in question.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"REMINDER -PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE Y7 Italy 2024 G7 Italy Engagement Group (Rome, 20-24 May 2024) &nbsp; On the occasion of Italy\u2019s G7 Presidency, the\u00a0Youth 7 Italy 2024 Summit \u2013 G7 Italy Engagement Group\u00a0will be held in Rome from 20 to 24 May 2024.
