Powers that include Turkey and Iran, as well as the Gulf states and Egypt. These were some of Minister Mogherini\u2019s comments in her speech at the event in Brussels presenting the Transatlantic Trends survey organised by the German Marshall Fund of the United States. The Minister also addressed the problems linked to the negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between the European Union and the USA. In her view, the pace of the talks must be stepped up to reach a conclusion. <\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Ukraine: I\u2019ve spoken with Kiev, the ceasefire is holding<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Mogherini also mentioned her conversation with her Ukrainian counterpart, who informed her that in substance the ceasefire is holding.
