Italy\u2014Serbia Business Forum Trieste \u2013 24 May 2024, 10:30 a.m.<\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n On Friday 24 May 2024<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.<\/b>, the Italy-Serbia Business Forum dedicated to the topic \u201cGreen Transition: New Opportunities for Bilateral Cooperation\u201d will take place in\u00a0Trieste<\/b>, at the Trieste Convention Centre. The aim of the Forum is to continue along the path of strengthening bilateral economic and trade relations and mutually beneficial cooperation with Serbia, fostering an ever deeper mutual knowledge of both opportunities and operators.<\/span><\/p>\n The Forum envisages a\u00a0plenary session<\/u>\u00a0from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, with opening speeches by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0Hon. Antonio Tajani<\/b>, and by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia,\u00a0Milo\u0161 VU\u010cEVI\u0106<\/b>, introduced by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance,\u00a0Sandra Savino<\/b>, the President of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia,\u00a0Massimiliano FEDRIGA<\/b>, and by the Mayor of Trieste,\u00a0Roberto DIPIAZZA<\/b>\u00a0(tbc).<\/span><\/p>\n Speakers at the Forum will include the Presidents of the Italian Trade Agency,\u00a0Matteo ZOPPAS<\/b>, of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia,\u00a0Marko \u010cADE\u017d<\/b>, of the Board of Directors of AOFI (Serbian Export Credit and Insurance Agency),\u00a0Dejan VUKOTI\u0106<\/b>, of FINEST,\u00a0Alessandro MINON<\/b>, the Managing Directors of SACE,\u00a0Alessandra RICCI<\/b>, and of SIMEST,\u00a0Regina CORRADINI D’ARIENZO<\/b>, the Director for International Cooperation, RAS (Agency for the Development of Serbia),\u00a0Nikola JANKOVI\u0106,\u00a0<\/b>the Director of International Development Cooperation of\u00a0Cassa Depositi e Prestiti<\/i>,\u00a0Paolo LOMBARDO<\/b>, and representatives from\u00a0Confindustria<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n At the end of the session there will be a Ceremony for the signing of agreements and understandings followed by a photo opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n This will be followed at approximately 12.10 p.m. by the joint press conference of Deputy Prime Minister Tajani and Prime Minister Vu\u010devi\u0107 in the Ernesto Illy Room.<\/span><\/p>\n Representatives of the accredited media will be able to follow the proceedings of the plenary session from a listening room. The press conference (in Italian and Serbian, with simultaneous translation) will take place in the same room.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
