The groups have also signed letters concerning the production and supply of MSD products at global level and the European distribution, by Zambon, of another of the US company\u2019s products. One year ago MSD had announced that the Pavia site would be leaving Merk\u2019s network by 31 December 2014. Since then, MSD Italia has been looking for a buyer.
