She explained that she had asked the premier to work together on a \u201cbilateral ceasefire\u201d. Mogherini also announced that the Ukraine authorities had launched a formal inquest into the death of Andy Rocchelli, the Italian photo-reporter killed in Ukraine. <\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Other talks<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>In the Ukraine capital for a 2-day visit, Mogherini met with OSCE special envoy Heidi Tagliavini, as well as seeing Patria party leader Yulia Timoshenko. One of the central topics of discussion was the signing of an association agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
