Work will begin in mid-2015, with the first deliveries in late 2017, and end in 2019. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>The upgrades will give Brazil\u2019s Naval Aviation a significant improvement in its capabilities, with better performance, operational range and aircraft mission effectiveness.
