Antonio Tajani, together with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, visited last June.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_null1\"><span class=\"x_null\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cI am particularly pleased with the agreement that was signed today given the key role of the UNGSC in addressing the many crises in Europe, the Middle East and Africa,\u201d Minister Tajani has pointed out.\u00a0 \u201cI have strongly supported the finalization of the understanding, given also the relevant benefits expected for the entire Brindisi area,\u201d Tajani added.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_null1\"><span class=\"x_null\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In addition to the improvements planned for the UNGCS, in fact, the Italian government has foreseen a further strengthening of Brindi&#8217;s international vocation in the budget law of 2023, particularly through new allocations to the local European School of Brindisi.
