Farnesina<\/em><\/strong> – 18 March 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Tuesday 18 March 2025, at 7 p.m<\/strong>., the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Antonio Tajani<\/strong>, will meet the Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani<\/strong> at the Foreign Ministry.<\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, the two Ministers will hold a joint press point.<\/p>\n

Journalists, photographers and cameramen interested in the press point can apply for\u00a0accreditation by sending a request, by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday 18 March<\/strong>, by e-mail to\u00a0accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0(tel. 06 3691 8210 \u2013 8573 or 3432), as follows:<\/p>\n

for representatives of foreign\u00a0press\u00a0already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request must be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.<\/p>\n

For representatives of the Italian\u00a0press\u00a0organisations:
\n\u2013 a copy of an identity document,
\n\u2013 a letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation or \u2013 in the absence of the latter -, a copy of professional identity card.<\/p>\n

For representatives of foreign\u00a0press\u00a0organisations not accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
\n\u2013 copy of an identity document;
\n\u2013 letter from the newspaper of affiliation;
\n\u2013 Verbal note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the\u00a0press\u00a0organisation represented.<\/p>\n

For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request shall be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.<\/p>\n

Badges shall be collected in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, main entrance, left side, between 6:45 p.m. and approximately 7:15 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n
