Speech by Deputy Minister Cirielli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Today, the conference &#8220;Dialogue, Trust, Peace, Security in the World&#8221; was held, organised by the Italian Institute for Asia (ISIA) and the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Rome. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Edmondo Cirielli and the Turkmenistan Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmet Gurbanov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">This important occasion for dialogue between diplomatic representatives, experts, and academics provided Deputy Minister Cirielli with an opportunity to highlight the follow-up to yesterday&#8217;s meeting with his Turkmen counterpart on bilateral relations. Additionally, he expressed Italy&#8217;s support for Turkmenistan&#8217;s initiatives regarding mediation, peace, and international security within the UN framework.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Deputy Minister also reiterated the importance of the partnership, now at 360 degrees, between Italy and the Central Asian countries: \u201cOur commitment is expressed \u2013 not only at the bilateral level \u2013 but also at the regional level, and aims to enhance economic interconnections between the countries of the region, as well as between this region and the rest of the world\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Today, the conference &#8220;Dialogue, Trust, Peace, Security in the World&#8221; was held, organised by the Italian Institute for Asia (ISIA) and the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Rome.
