The Foreign Ministry continues to monitor the situation in the Iberian Peninsula following the extensive power outage, which had a significant impact on airport and long-distance train traffic in Spain and Portugal, as well as widespread restrictions on health and banking services in the two countries.<\/p>\n
About 3,600 Italians in Spain (of whom more than 900 non-residents) and about 580 in Portugal (of whom more than 260 non-residents) are currently registered on Dove Siamo nel Mondo<\/em>.<\/p>\n In Spain electricity has been partially restored in the north and south of the country, while the centre of the country remains without power.
