Minister Al Marri is visiting Italy to attend the Italy\u2013UAE Investment Forum \u201cInvestopia Europe\u201d, which will take place in Milan on 16 May.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The meeting confirmed the excellent state of bilateral economic relations and paved the way for the upcoming event in Milan, which will feature over 60 high-profile speakers, including institutional representatives and entrepreneurs. For the first time, the forum will also host an intensive afternoon B2B session, offering a concrete opportunity to launch new collaborations and joint business initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Both parties agreed on the importance of continuing to support bilateral trade, which in 2024 reached \u20ac10 billion \u2014 a 13% increase \u2014 also through investments in infrastructure and connectivity, such as the IMEC corridor, which aims to increasingly connect India, the Middle East, and Europe via the strategic Gulf region.
