{"id":136583,"date":"2025-05-16T11:22:41","date_gmt":"2025-05-16T09:22:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2025\/05\/aggiornamento-nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-convenzione-maeci-universita-di-roma-foro-italico-farnesina-19-maggio-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-05-16T12:13:04","modified_gmt":"2025-05-16T10:13:04","slug":"aggiornamento-nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-convenzione-maeci-universita-di-roma-foro-italico-farnesina-19-maggio-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/notestampa\/2025\/05\/aggiornamento-nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-convenzione-maeci-universita-di-roma-foro-italico-farnesina-19-maggio-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"UPDATE PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE MAECI\u2013UNIVERSITY OF ROME \u201cFORO ITALICO\u201d AGREEMENT (Farnesina, 19 May 2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>UPDATE PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MAECI &#8211; <\/strong><strong>UNIVERSITY OF ROME \u201cFORO ITALICO\u201d AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>(Farnesina, 19 maggio 2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On Monday, 19 May 2025, at 10:00 a.m.,<\/strong> in the <strong>Aldo Moro Hall of the Farnesina<\/strong>, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0<strong>Antonio Tajani<\/strong>, will open the\u00a0<strong>signing ceremony of the Agreement between the MAECI and the \u201cForo Italico\u201d University of Rome<\/strong>\u00a0for the establishment of the\u00a0<strong>scholarship programme \u201cItaly runs towards the future\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0Also attending the event will be the Rector of the \u201cForo Italico\u201d University,\u00a0<strong>Attilio Parisi,<\/strong>\u00a0as well as athletes\u00a0<strong>Lorenzo Ndele Simonelli<\/strong>, Italian record-holder in the 60m hurdles, and\u00a0<strong>Yohanes Chiappinelli,<\/strong>\u00a0middle-distance runner and marathoner.<\/p>\n<p>Following the speeches, Minister\u00a0<strong>Tajani<\/strong>\u00a0and Rector Prof.\u00a0<strong>Parisi<\/strong>\u00a0will proceed with the signing of the Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Announced by the Minister last October at the G7 Development meeting in Pescara as part of the \u201cEducation\/Training\u201d pillar of the Mattei Plan, the programme \u201c<strong>Italy runs towards the future<\/strong>\u201d will award\u00a0<strong>scholarships<\/strong>\u00a0to students from\u00a0<strong>ten Sub-Saharan African countries<\/strong>\u00a0to attend postgraduate degree courses in<strong>\u00a0Sport and Exercise Sciences<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Sport Management<\/strong>\u00a0at the Roman university.
