{"id":138094,"date":"2025-06-04T15:38:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T13:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2025\/06\/buenos-aires-festa-della-repubblica-al-teatro-coliseo\/"},"modified":"2025-06-04T16:48:51","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T14:48:51","slug":"buenos-aires-festa-della-repubblica-al-teatro-coliseo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/retediplomatica\/2025\/06\/buenos-aires-festa-della-repubblica-al-teatro-coliseo\/","title":{"rendered":"Buenos Aires, Republic Day at the Teatro Coliseo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of the 79<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary of the Italian Republic, the Consulate General of Italy in Buenos Aires organised the traditional concert for Republic Day at the Italian theatre \u201cColiseo\u201d, featuring this year\u2019s performance by Vinicio Capossela, one of the most acclaimed and long-standing singer-songwriters in the Italian music scene.<\/p>\n<p>With his concert titled \u201cL\u2019odissea del cocoliche\u201d, Capossela \u2013 accompanied by the Argentine accordionist Luciano Tobaldi and his band \u2013 paid tribute to notable Italians from various eras (Dante, Michelangelo, as well as Adriano Celentano), highlighting the extraordinary ties between Italian and Argentine culture and their peoples.<\/p>\n<p>The concert was preceded by the traditional institutional ceremony of the Consulate General \u2013 hosted this year by the renowned Italo-Argentine sports journalist Cecilia Bonelli \u2013 during which honours were awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions within the Italian community and to the relationship between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, at the initiative of the Consulate General and with the support of Argentine national and local authorities, several important monuments in the capital were lit up in the colours of the Italian flag.
