For representatives of foreign\u00a0press\u00a0organisations not accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
\n\u2013 copy of an identity document;
\n\u2013 letter from the newspaper of affiliation;
\n\u2013 Verbal note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the\u00a0press\u00a0organisation represented.<\/p>\n
For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request shall be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.<\/p>\n
Badges shall be collected in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,main entrance, left side, <\/strong>on the day of the event (12 June), between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\nAs it is not possible to reach\u00a0Villa Madama<\/em>\u00a0with private vehicles, accredited journalists will be transported to\u00a0Villa Madama<\/em>\u00a0with a shuttle service operating from the main entrance of the Foreign Ministry (round trip), available until the conclusion of the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
