Antonio Tajani<\/b>, will meet the Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs,\u00a0<b>Beate Meinl-Reisinger<\/b>, at the Foreign Ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">At the end of the meeting, the two Ministers will hold a joint press point.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Journalists, photographers and cameramen interested in attending the press point can apply for\u00a0accreditation by sending a request<b>,\u00a0<\/b><b>by 5:00 p.m. on Monday 7 July<\/b>, by e-mail to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0(tel. 06 3691 3432 &#8211; 3078, 8210 or 8573), as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">for representatives of the Italian\u00a0press\u00a0organisations:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">a copy of an identity document,<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">a letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation or \u2013 in the absence of the latte, <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">a copy of professional identity card.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">For representatives of foreign press organisations not accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">copy of an identity document;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">letter from the newspaper of affiliation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Verbal note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the press organisation represented.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request shall be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Accredited j<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">ournalists, photographers and cameramen\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">may enter the Foreign Ministry\u00a0<i>f<\/i>rom the\u00a0<b><u>main entrance<\/u><\/b><u>,\u00a0<b>left side,\u00a0from 9:15 to 9.45 a.m.<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Submitting the above-mentioned personal data means authorising the use thereof in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016\/679) by the\u00a0<b>Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/b>, the data controller, for strictly professional purposes and\/or purposes related to the performance of the event in question<\/span><\/i><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\">.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE MEETING OF MINISTER TAJANI WITH HIS AUSTRIAN COLLEAGUE MEINI-REISINGER (Foreign Ministry \u2013 8 July 2025) \u00a0 On\u00a0Tuesday 8 July 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0Hon.
