More than thirty years after his passing, Fellini\u2019s creative genius and his extraordinary ability to blend reality and imagination continue to captivate audiences and inspire new generations of filmmakers around the world. The Prague events offered a unique opportunity to explore Fellini\u2019s dreamlike and visionary universe <strong>through the screening of \u201c8\u00bd\u201d short films and two previously unreleased documentaries<\/strong>, produced thanks to the collaboration between established directors and emerging talents of the contemporary Italian film scene.<\/p>\n<p>The first evening featured the documentary \u201cFellini and Beyond\u201d by <strong>Francesco Gallo<\/strong> and <strong>Sabrina La Macchia<\/strong>, and the medium-length four-part film \u201cTorna, resta\u201d directed by <strong>Mino Capuano, Marco De Filippo, Tommaso Banti, Ludovico Bosica, and Alain Parroni.<\/strong> The second presentation included the documentary \u201cAmarfellini\u201d by <strong>Veronica Citi<\/strong>, followed by: \u201cOrrendi scarabocchi\u201d (animation) by <strong>Virginia Ardizzone<\/strong> and <strong>Giulia Brighenti<\/strong>, \u201cOmaggio a F.\u201d, a short film by <strong>Daniele Cipr\u00ec<\/strong>, \u201cRome\u201d (audiovisual) by <strong>Marco and Aurelia Pietrolini<\/strong>, \u201cQuattro e un quarto\u201d (animation) by <strong>Laura Ettori<\/strong>, \u201cSatyricon: ubique latens\u201d by <strong>Gabriele Gianni and Giulio Pernice<\/strong> and the trailer of the documentary \u201cFellini senza angeli\u201d by <strong>Serena Lazzaro and Tommaso Banti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were immediately enthusiastic about the proposal to host the Tribute to Fellini project at our Institute,\u201d said <strong>Marialuisa Pappalardo<\/strong>, Director of the Italian Cultural Institute of Prague. \u201cFellini\u2019s legacy is not a memory of the past, but a living and inexhaustible source of inspiration.
