It is also thanks to these interactions that the &#8220;Pact for\u00a0Export&#8221; measures were developed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p paraid=\"804429460\" paraeid=\"{92fadcd0-a7b4-48bf-a649-18181931370e}{241}\">According to the\u00a0Report, Italian construction companies currently operate\u00a0in 92 countries, in 5 continents,\u00a0and are involved\u00a0in\u00a0over\u00a0800\u00a0projects, for a total value\u00a0of\u00a0over\u00a082 billion euros, plus 25.5 billion concessions. Geographically, Asia\u00a0ranks first\u00a0in terms of\u00a0value of production\u00a0(50.9%),\u00a0followed by\u00a0Africa (23.1%), with a\u00a0significant\u00a0increase\u00a0in Central Asia,\u00a0compared to 2018 (from 5.5% to 18.2%).\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p paraid=\"1323348590\" paraeid=\"{1f46b5f4-9651-4c12-ba5e-7b731d6b5b14}{56}\">&#8220;We have developed an important dialogue with the Central Asian authorities,&#8221;\u00a0the Deputy Minister\u00a0stressed,\u00a0&#8220;following the\u00a0visits\u00a0I made in the region, between\u00a02018 and 2019,\u00a0in\u00a0Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan,\u00a0and\u00a0Uzbekistan,\u00a0and\u00a0which culminated in the Italy-Central Asia Conference held at the Foreign Ministry\u00a0in December 2019, which brought the Foreign Ministers of those 5 countries\u00a0together\u00a0in Rome. These contacts\u00a0paved the way for the subsequent access of\u00a0Italian companies to these\u00a0Countries.
