{"id":140866,"date":"2025-07-18T15:15:16","date_gmt":"2025-07-18T13:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2025\/07\/nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-forum-imprenditoriale-italia-algeria-roma-hotel-parco-dei-principi-23-luglio-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-07-18T17:59:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-18T15:59:09","slug":"nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-forum-imprenditoriale-italia-algeria-roma-hotel-parco-dei-principi-23-luglio-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/notestampa\/2025\/07\/nota-di-accreditamento-stampa-forum-imprenditoriale-italia-algeria-roma-hotel-parco-dei-principi-23-luglio-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Press Accreditation Note \u2013 Italy-Algeria Business Forum (Rome, Parco dei Principi Hotel, 23 July 2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ITALY-ALGERIA BUSINESS FORUM<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Parco dei Principi Hotel<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>23 July 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion of the <strong>Intergovernmental Summit between Italy and Algeria, scheduled to take place in Rome on 23 July<\/strong>, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with Italian Trade Agency, is organising the Italy\u2013Algeria Business Forum at the Parco dei Principi Hotel in Rome.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum will open with an institutional address <strong>by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This will be followed by <strong>thematic panels<\/strong> focusing on key areas of economic cooperation between the two countries, with the participation of managers from Italian and Algerian companies in the fields <strong>of energy and circular economy, infrastructure and transport, sustainable agriculture, advanced manufacturing, and the pharmaceutical sector.<\/strong> A particular focus will be placed on <strong>B2B meetings:<\/strong> 130 desks will be set up for Algerian companies, each of which will hold two hours of pre-scheduled appointments with Italian counterparts, in addition to informal networking opportunities throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>The afternoon plenary session will open with a segment on the partnership inspired by Enrico Mattei, followed by discussions on opportunities for bilateral trade and investment, and on the financial instruments available to support the bilateral partnership.<\/p>\n<p>With around<strong> 500 companies<\/strong> <strong>registered<\/strong> from both Italy and Algeria, the 23 July Business Forum demonstrates the strong interest of economic operators in enhancing trade and investment ties, and confirms itself as a key opportunity to further strengthen the already solid bilateral economic partnership \u2013 most recently reaffirmed during the business roundtable chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Tajani in Algiers on 3 March.<\/p>\n<p>As Italy\u2019s leading gas supplier, Algeria is the country\u2019s top economic partner on the African continent. Italy is Algeria\u2019s largest customer and second-largest supplier, with exports reaching EUR 2.9 billion in 2024. Over 150 Italian companies currently operate in Algeria.<\/p>\n<p>The opening remarks (<strong>09:00\u201309:30 a.m.<\/strong>) and the plenary session (<strong>from 2:00 p.m. onwards<\/strong>) will be <strong>open to the press<\/strong>. A group photo will follow the MoU\/B2B Agreement signing ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Both the opening remarks and the plenary session will be livestreamed on the Farnesina\u2019s official YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>Journalists, photographers and cameramen interested in attending the parts of the Forum open to the media must submit an <strong>accreditation<\/strong> request <strong>no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday 22 July, via email to: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:accreditamentostampa@esteri.it\">accreditamentostampa@esteri.it<\/a> (tel. 06 3691 3432, 3078, 8210 o 8573) as follows:<\/p>\n<p>For representatives of the Italian press organisations:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; a copy of the identity document,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; a letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation or &#8211; in the absence of the latter -, a copy of professional identity card.<\/p>\n<p>For representatives of foreign press organisations not accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; a copy of the identity document,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; letter from the newspaper of affiliation,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Verbal note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the press organisation represented.<\/p>\n<p>For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request must be sent with a copy of an identity document attached.<\/p>\n<p><u>Please note that no new accreditation requests can be accepted on 23 July; only substitutions will be allowed.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Accredited journalists, photographers and cameramen may <strong>collect their badges<\/strong> at the <strong>Parco dei Principi Hotel (Via G.
