Roberto Faenza\u2019s film \u201cAnita B.\u201d was screened at the Jerusalem Film Archive yesterday, 26 January, to mark Remembrance Day. This was the first screening outside Italy of the film, based on Edith Bruck\u2019s autobiographical book \u201cQuanta stella c’\u00e8 nel cielo\u201d. Organised by the Italian Cultural Institute and its Director, Simonetta De Felicis, the screening was also attended by Italian Ambassador Francesco Maria Tal\u00f2. The film was a success with the Israeli audience, who described it as \u201ca new and moving way to deal with the experience of those who survived Auschwitz\u201d. <\/P>
