The exhibition features 30 original\u00a0<b>photographs<\/b>, the result of a competition open to professionals and amateurs, who were tasked with capturing traces, aspects, and moments of the bond between Italy and Guatemala in an original and thoughtful way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The opening of the exhibition also saw the award ceremony for the winners, Luz D\u00edaz Tinoco, Javier Barrientos, and Gretel Liberati, selected by a jury of prominent figures in the local cultural community.\u00a0<\/span>The evening was enriched by the musical performance of\u00a0<b>Guatemalan singer-songwriter Ra\u00fal Sosa<\/b>, who performed a repertoire of famous Italian songs for voice and guitar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The photography exhibition &#8220;Obiettivo Italia&#8221; opened on 10 September at the Italian Cultural Institute in Guatemala City, and will run until 2 October.
