After the success of the last edition, which attracted numerous Italian schools and students abroad, the initiative returns with an online competition for secondary school pupils to test their Italian grammar, spelling and vocabulary. The deadline for registration \u2013 through the dedicated website <A href=\"http:\/\/www.olimpiadi-italiano.it\">www.olimpiadi-italiano.it<\/A> \u2013 is 31 January 2014. An initiative of the Ministry for Education, the Universities and Research, the \u201cOlympiad\u201d enjoys the support and collaboration of the City of Florence, the Farnesina, the Accademia della Crusca and the Association for the History of the Italian Language (ASLI).
