On Friday,\u00a028<\/strong>\u00a0November 2025<\/strong>, at\u00a05:00 p.m<\/strong>., the\u00a010th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World<\/strong>\u00a0will be presented at\u00a0Villa Madama<\/em>, moderated by journalist\u00a0Giovanna Pancheri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Conference will open with a speech by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,\u00a0Antonio Tajani<\/strong>, followed by a video message from the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry,\u00a0Francesco Lollobrigida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After the institutional presentations, a segment of the event will focus on the opportunities and challenges of the agri-food and wine supply chain, with Minister Tajani participating in a discussion with some of the sector\u2019s key representatives:\u00a0Luigi Scordamaglia<\/strong>, CEO of\u00a0Filiera Italia<\/em>;\u00a0Paolo Mascarino<\/strong>, President of\u00a0Federalimentare<\/em>;\u00a0Lucia Forte<\/strong>, CEO of\u00a0Oropan<\/em>;\u00a0Luca Brondelli di Brondello<\/strong>, Vice President of\u00a0Confagricoltura<\/em>;\u00a0Marzia Varvaglione<\/em>, Vice President of the Italian Wine Union;\u00a0Matteo Zoppas<\/strong>, President of the Italian Trade Agency (TBC);\u00a0Vincenzo Celeste<\/strong>, Permanent Representative to the European Union (via video link).<\/p>\n

The second segment of the event will feature a debate on the dimension of food as an element of culture, sharing, and dialogue. Besides Minister Tajani, the panel will include\u00a0Bruno Archi<\/strong>, Permanent Representative of Italy to the United Nations in Rome;\u00a0Maddalena Fossati<\/strong>, President of the Committee for the Promotion of Italian Cuisine as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage;\u00a0Salvatore Bruno<\/strong>, Secretary General of the Italian\u00a0Chefs<\/em>\u00a0Federation; and\u00a0Alberto Figna<\/strong>, President of ALMA.<\/p>\n

Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to cover the event may request\u00a0accreditation\u00a0by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 27 November,<\/strong>\u00a0by registering at\u00a0https:\/\/portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0and uploading the required documents.<\/p>\n

As it is not possible to reach Villa Madama with private vehicles, accredited journalists will be transported to\u00a0Villa Madama<\/em>\u00a0via a shuttle service operating from the main entrance of the Foreign Ministry (round trip), available until the conclusion of the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n
