Such accusations should be immediately and thoroughly investigated\u201d, reads a statement from the EU High Representative, Catherine Ashton.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>From Brussels, Foreign Minister Em<A name=_GoBack><\/A>ma Bonino underscored that \u201cwe need to exert the utmost pressure to ensure that the inspectors on the ground are authorised to carry out an impartial and neutral assessment, and then we\u2019ll see\u201d. She added that the reports mean that \u201cwe must be on high alert but you can\u2019t base political action on speculation\u201d.
