{"id":163160,"date":"2025-12-09T10:08:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T09:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/\/2025\/12\/ginevra-italian-creativity-on-the-runway\/"},"modified":"2025-12-09T11:09:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T10:09:11","slug":"ginevra-italian-creativity-on-the-runway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/en\/sala_stampa\/archivionotizie\/retediplomatica\/2025\/12\/ginevra-italian-creativity-on-the-runway\/","title":{"rendered":"Geneva, Italian Creativity on the Runway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the <strong>Italian Fashion Days in the World<\/strong>, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the <strong>Consulate General of Italy in Geneva<\/strong>, the <strong>Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland (CCIS)<\/strong>, and the <strong>Italian Women&#8217;s Group Switzerland (IWG Switzerland)<\/strong> presented the new edition of <strong>Italian Creativity on the Runway<\/strong>, which took place on <strong>Friday, 5 December<\/strong> at the <strong>Maserati CAR AVENUE Geneva<\/strong> atelier, a long-time partner of the initiative.<\/p>\n<p>The event, which is now a well-established fixture on Geneva&#8217;s international cultural scene, celebrates Italian creativity through an evening dedicated to <strong>fashion, design, innovation, education, inclusion, and social commitment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2025 edition featured a curated selection of <strong>brands from many Italian regions<\/strong>, alongside <strong>Swiss brands with production in Italy<\/strong>, highlighting the central role of Made in Italy products in the economic and cultural relations between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the support of &#8220;<strong><em>Italia \u00e8 Moda<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; &#8211; the Foreign Ministry\u2019s program dedicated to the international promotion of Italian fashion &#8211; the evening was enriched with institutional short films dedicated to the history and evolution of the fashion industry<strong>, immersive virtual reality installations<\/strong>, editorial materials, and visual content dedicated to the new prospects of Made in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>Accademia del Lusso<\/em><\/strong> also participated in the event, <strong>showcasing two collections created by its students<\/strong>. In the same educational perspective, students from the <strong>Institut International de Lancy (IIL)<\/strong> participated once again as volunteers, as part of their <strong>IB CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service)<\/strong> program.
