Thanks to the collaboration of outstanding partners, including Chef Fabrizio <strong>Mellino<\/strong> (Ristorante Quattro Passi, Nerano \u2013 3 Michelin stars), the <strong>Alma<\/strong> International School of Italian Cuisine in Colorno (Parma), and the Institut <strong>Lyfe<\/strong> in Lyon, the programme showcased how our cuisine can combine tradition with innovation, without compromising on taste or, above all, health\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The multi-Michelin-starred Chef Fabrizio <strong>Mellino<\/strong> conducted a <strong>masterclass<\/strong>, offering students an immersive experience in Italian culinary techniques and demonstrating the preparation of several signature dishes. A <strong>starred dinner<\/strong> celebrated Italian haute cuisine, with dishes prepared by Chef Fabrizio Mellino and Chef Fulvio <strong>Vailati<\/strong> (Alma). A session with Val\u00e9rie <strong>Oertel<\/strong>, dietitian, psycho-nutritionist, and trainer for the \u201cPlan National Nutrition Sant\u00e9\u201d, focused on the <strong>Mediterranean diet<\/strong> as a model for a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
