New \u201cdiplomacy for growth\u201d initiatives, with two roadshow events, in Verona and Naples, on business opportunities abroad for Italian businesses. The events are being organised by the Directorate General for Country Promotion in collaboration with Il Sole24Ore Radiocor, Confindustria Verona and Naples Chamber of Commerce.<\/P>

The conference on \u201cDoing Business Abroad: Support and guidance from Economic Diplomacy\u201d will take place on Thursday 4 April at 14.30, at the headquarters of Confindustria Verona, the local industrialists\u2019 association. Participants will include the ICE-Italian Trade Promotion Agency, the New International Business Institute\/Promos Milano (NIBI), and Informest.<\/P>

Meetings and dialogue between local companies and the Farnesina<\/STRONG><\/P>
\n

The conference will be divided into two sessions. The first will focus on economic diplomacy strategies to support the country\u2019s growth. The second, with a more operational focus, will examine the tools and advisory and support services available for companies doing business internationally. <\/P>
\n

The initiative is an opportunity for local businesses to meet representatives of the Foreign Ministry to discuss internationalisation issues and the support available in terms of services and instruments to foster the Italian business system\u2019<\/A>s international presence. The event is free to attend, subject to registration at: estero@confindustria.vr.it<\/A><\/P>
