It will take place on <strong>Wednesday, February 11, <\/strong>from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the <strong><em>Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The initiative promotes a <strong>dialogue between Italy and Africa<\/strong> on the topics of food, gastronomy, and sustainability, enhancing the intangible <strong>heritage<\/strong> linked to food and its cultural, economic, and social potential.<\/p>\n<p>Through three thematic sessions, the meeting brings together experts, researchers, <em>chefs<\/em>, entrepreneurs, and institutional representatives to reflect on food, memory, international cooperation, and sustainable development. The event is the first of a broader process that will continue throughout the year with dedicated workshops and initiatives, fostering the exchange of knowledge and strengthening ties between the two shores of the <strong>Mediterranean.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The initiative is promoted by <strong>IDIAF<\/strong> (Institute for Italy-Africa Dialogue), a research and cultural cooperation centre sponsored by the <strong><em>Fondazione Treccani Cultura<\/em><\/strong>, which is committed to creating places for discussion and shared planning between Italy and Africa.
