The Consulate General of Italy in Bah\u00eda Blanca, together with the Honorable Concejo Deliberante (Legislative assembly) of Bah\u00eda Blanca, inaugurated, on the occasion of the opening of the 2026 ordinary session, in the month dedicated to women, the photography exhibition PINK \u2013 Women of Italian Graphic Design. From the origins to contemporaneity.<\/p>\n
The PINK project aims to reconstruct, highlight and promote the figures of female graphic designers active in Italy from the 1950s to the present day, during a period of profound economic, social and technological change.<\/p>\n
Through images and audiovisual materials, the exhibition highlights the decisive contribution of Italian graphic designers to the evolution of the profession and the consolidation of graphic design as one of the symbols of \u201cMade in Italy\u201d around the world.<\/p>\n
Bah\u00eda Blanca maintains a historic link with the Italian Argentine community, which has played a leading role in local economic, social and cultural growth.<\/p>\n
Celebrating Italian talent also means celebrating an integral part of Bah\u00eda\u2019s history itself. It is therefore not a commemorative gesture but a choice that challenges, broadens perspectives and reinforces a local agenda that recognises the strategic role of women in the economic, cultural and social development of the region.<\/p>\n
This exhibition is therefore not only a journey through the history of Italian graphic design but also an invitation to reflect on equal opportunities, visibility and recognition.<\/p>\n
