The meeting was chaired by French foreign minister Laurent Fabius, with the participation of his Libyan counterpart Mohamed Abdelaziz, and dedicated to security, justice and rule of law.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Resources for security<\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u201cThere is much to be done\u201d on the security front, Terzi underscored on the eve of the meeting, even though current conditions do not discourage Italy\u2019s business presence, which \u201cis maintaining continuity\u201d. In any case, he added, the international community can make a \u201cpolitical contribution, and one of trust and assistance, to stabilizing the country\u2019s institutional in all possible ways\u201d, not least \u201cin terms of resources and specific accords\u201d.
